Listen Now:

September 20, 2014

Time to look past the pure technical data architect

Listen Now:

Today 1 day late I will lock at a theme usually forgotten everywhere in EA, as well as also in strategic planning.

Listen Now:

September 6, 2014

Listen Now:

All business input comes from the human CPU, so maybe we can do some mappings here.

Listen Now:

August 2, 2014

Sorry for being late, holiday intervened.

Listen Now:

July 23, 2014

As I will be off internet for a few days I am going to publish early this time

Listen Now:

Listen Now:

July 11, 2014

We all know that Lenin said trust is good, but control is better. But do you agree with Lenin????

Listen Now:

July 3, 2014

After going through the various ways I just want to tell you what I am applying to make system thinking a bit more concrete.

Listen Now:

June 27, 2014

June 20, 2014

So how best and without to many layers of non content management do you transfer Strategy into EA

Listen Now:

June 13, 2014

Listen Now:

June 8, 2014

After working solely on Architecture with this podcast and two books, I have now opened a new chapter by writing a Science Fiction. As for today only the Kindle format is out that can be found at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KUPMRLA

If someone know how I can get better Format for the Kindles please let me know, as especially the first 4 pages keep to be strange regardless of what I try, after that it is fine. The printed book will be available in a week, when I will produce a proper link on the home page.
I have tried to make a science fiction in a way that I could not find anywhere else, so please let me know if this works for you or if I have gone too wide off?
Many thanks
Cay

When you look at a Critical success factor for EA the score on volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity is certainly a good one in my view.

Listen Now:

May 1, 2014

Somehow I forgot to mention one the oldest EA principle, maybe because it was created so long ago.

Listen Now:

April 25, 2014

Listen Now:

January 31, 2014

In this episode I will talk on a subject that is bound to be even more controversial than my other topics.

Some of you have asked me on the rather unregulated scheduling of the podcast. So from now I will try (as I am doing this in my spare time as a consultant working in various locations) to schedule the episodes to each Friday.
Listen Now:

January 25, 2014

Lets continue with system thinking.

The software I refer to can be found at www.true-world.com
